Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and deliver individualized behavioral interventions for pediatric clients in a center setting. You will collaborate daily with therapists across disciplines, supervise staff, and contribute to program development.

The role includes ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, evidence-based care for diverse learner populations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field is required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration with OTs, SLPs and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and new BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: complete POC updates and treatment planning during work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: train and support families for consistency.
