ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Glastonbury, CT. The role focuses on designing and supervising ABA programs for children and families, with a strong emphasis on quality care and measurable outcomes.

Starting rate ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 annually, with final compensation tied to experience, training, and education. A relocation package of up to $15,000 is available to support you joining our team.

Formación

• Masters degree from an accredited program.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background and driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
