ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The role offers a starting rate of $95,000 to $115,000 with final compensation based on experience and education, plus a relocation package up to $15,000.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a strong clinical infrastructure and opportunities for supervision and growth. You will design and monitor ABA programs, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and contribute to ongoing clinical

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification required and licensure initiation.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance, etc.).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
