Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers in Tilton, NH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy programs for children with autism. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, supervision of therapists, and collaboration with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, preferably from a BACB accredited program.
• Training and certification under the BACB for Applied Behavior Analysts.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and Ethical Standards in Behavior Analysis.
• Ability to work with ACE ABA Data System.
• Ability to work with a high level of independence and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use assessment data to develop behavior change plans and intervention plans.
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Ensure treatment plans meet contract, insurance, and professional standards.
• Provide training and supervision to the ABA Therapist and staff.
• Supervise RBTs, BCaBA, and BCBA candidates as designated.
• Maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems.
• Deliver consultation to school districts and outside agencies.
• Hold clinical support meetings and participate in parent training.
