Helping Hands Family - Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in Shelton, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will supervise RBTs and collaborate with clinical directors to ensure effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure where required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
