Salary: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year

What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs
- Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
- Supervise individuals seeking BCBA certification weekly
- Perform other typical BCBA activities
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Initiate state licensure process prior to start date
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Maintain clean background, drug screenings, and driving record
