ABA Centers of America is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Milford, MA team. The role offers a starting salary between $95,000 and $115,000 per year, with strong professional growth opportunities and a supportive clinical infrastructure.

You design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to guide interventions while collaborating with families to deliver meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date if required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
