ABA Centers of Connecticut in Glastonbury, CT is hiring a Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Starting rate is $95,000–$115,000 per year with relocation assistance up to $15K. You design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and support BCBA candidates seeking certification.

Qualifications

• Masters degree and BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
