Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in Glastonbury, CT, with a starting rate of $95-115k per year. Final compensation is based on experience, training and education.

A relocation package of up to $15k is available to support your move. You will design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to determine the need for behavioral intervention.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
