ABA Centers of Florida, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA therapy programs in our Boca Raton clinic. Start­ing rate is $85,000 per year, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

You will lead skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction initiatives, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver measurable autism care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and BCBA candidates is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
