Job summary

Rebound Therapies in the United States seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to expand our ABA program for individuals with autism and related needs. You will assess, plan, and supervise, delivering evidence-based interventions within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification by BACB required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop BIPs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing support to families and caregivers.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Maintain 75% billable hours during the workweek and 25% non-billable hours.
