Job summary

Rebound Therapies seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help expand our ABA program for individuals with autism and related needs. You will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and other providers.

You will monitor progress, adjust treatments, and stay current with ABA research while delivering supportive, evidence-based care. 65% billable hours, 35% non-billable.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA license through the BACB required.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop BIPs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collaborate with families and other providers for coordinated treatment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing support to families and caregivers.
• Stay up to date with current ABA research and best practices.
