Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland) and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You will collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.

The role includes supervision of staff, travel to client homes, and regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
Current BCBA certification through BACB is required.
Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
