Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to expand our ABA program for individuals with autism and related needs. You will develop and oversee behavior intervention plans and supervise RBTs within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and other service providers. We offer strong benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA license through BACB is required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and functional assessments to shape BIPs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff in ABA techniques.
• Collaborate with families and other providers for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing guidance and stay current with ABA research.
