Job summary

Rebound Therapies is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and expand our ABA program for individuals with autism and related needs. You will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and other providers to ensure coordinated care.

In this role you will monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and stay abreast of the latest ABA research. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA credential (BACB) required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop BIPs.
• Supervise and train RBTs and staff.
• Collaborate with families and other providers for comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
