Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism. The role emphasizes developing targeted interventions, data-driven progress, and collaboration with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state-dependent) or in process (students welcome).
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in achievements as clients develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Support families to ensure understanding of assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, training and orientation of technicians.
• Physically active role requiring movement and lifting up to 25+ pounds.
