Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc. is seeking a licensed BCBA to work with individuals on the autism spectrum. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to ensure client progress.

Travel to client homes and offices is required to support assessments, meetings, and training. The role emphasizes evidence-based strategies, supervision for staff and BCBA candidates, and delivering high-quality services with a focus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background clearance
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs)
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis
