Qualifications

• BCBA certification or BACB eligibility within 1 month.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs.
• Provide family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Maintain communication with treatment team members.
• Collaborate with other service providers outside Golden Steps.
• Review data in a timely manner and communicate as needed to the team.
• Maintain professional BACB boundaries.
• Perform comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload.
• Other tasks as assigned.
