Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for the exam within one month.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
• Reliable car and driver's license needed for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement evidence-based programming for clients.
• Provide supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Conduct family guidance and maintain communication with treatment teams.
• Perform assessments and participate in transition planning.
