Golden Steps ABA in Springfield, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based, hierarchical programming for children with developmental disabilities. The role includes supervising RBTs, guiding families, and coordinating with the treatment team to ensure progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or pursuing within 1 month.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to the clinic.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and ongoing assessment of clients.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs on client caseload.
• Provide family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Maintain communication with treatment team members and collaborate with other service providers.
• Review data regularly and inform team of changes as needed.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload.
