Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active certification or eligible to sit for the exam.
• Experience in ABA with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based programming based on client assessments.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs on caseload.
• Conduct comprehensive initial intake assessments.
