Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, a Missouri-based ABA provider, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead data-driven programming and supervision of RBTs in a clinic setting.

You will guide families, collaborate with treatment teams, and perform ongoing assessments to support children with developmental challenges. A strong commitment to ABA excellence and professional boundaries is essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in the process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to undergo background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data and client progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs.
• Offer family guidance for program success and maintain team communication.
• Collaborate with treatment team and other service providers.
• Review data regularly and communicate findings to the team.
• Maintain BACB professional boundaries throughout the caseload.
• Perform initial intake and recurring assessments.
• Discharge planning and transition support for clients.
