Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Abington, PA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism and supervise RBTs in a supportive clinical setting.

The role involves managing up to 10 clients, conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring ethical documentation while collaborating with Clinical Directors to uphold BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where required.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.
• Ability to supervise and develop RBT staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients; 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs; conduct assessments and write treatment plans.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB/state guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases.
