Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in a clinic setting. Active BACB certification and state licensure are required; RBT background is a plus for new BCBAs.

You will supervise up to 5 RBTs and manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, with a focus on ethical, evidence-based practice. Benefits include relocation assistance, a robust benefits package, PTO, a CEU stipend, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage up to 10 clients with ~28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors.
