Helping Hands Family seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA services for children with autism in our Pennsylvania clinics. The role supports clinicians with mentorship, collaborates with regional directors, and ensures ethical practice.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience.
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload of up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours per week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB/state guidelines.
