Helping Hands Family in York, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You will work in clinic with a team of BCBAs and supervise up to 5 RBTs, while maintaining ethical documentation.

This role offers strong mentorship, relocation support, a robust benefits package, and a potential bonus program. Active BACB-verified certification and state licensure are required.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification with BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in clinic setting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload of up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours per week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
