Job summary

Intercare Therapy provides evidence‑based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides clinical leadership, feedback and instructions to promote client success under BACB standards.

Under supervision, ensure high quality practice, client progress, and satisfaction. You will mentor Program Managers and Interventionists, optimize team performance, and guide clinical development within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong ABA and clinical skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours of an average of 5 hours per day (25 hours per week/110 hours per month).
• Supervise Program Manager team to ensure minimum billable hours of 28 per week (120 per month).
• Provide quality clinical supervision per BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality across clients.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to inform treatment objectives.
• Complete documentation per BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBA candidates.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to develop function-based treatments.
• Provide feedback and training to teachers, technicians, and families using BST.
• Attend IEPs or interdisciplinary meetings and present goals and interventions.
