Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 5 billable hours per workday.
• Supervise Program Managers ensuring minimum billable hours.
• Provide quality clinical supervision per BACB standards.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments.
• Provide training using Behavior Skills Training.
• Attend IEP meetings when applicable.
