Job summary
The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment, develop plans, and coach staff across center, home, school, and telehealth settings. This salaried, exempt role requires a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with ASD experience.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
- Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with caregivers and trainers to implement ABA protocols.
- Coach and train behavioral technicians to ensure adherence to plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans monthly based on data.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and patient records.
- Coordinate care across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.
