Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across settings, including center, home, and telehealth. You will lead assessment, planning, supervision, and caregiver coaching in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical aspects of treatment, including assessment and planning.
• Supervise therapy implementation and coach behavior technicians.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor adherence.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and payers as needed.
