Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight for therapists and clients, developing and supervising ABA programs, training families, and ensuring high-quality care. You will mentor BCBAs, collaborate with leadership, and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines in a dynamic, growing pediatric service setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with supervision experience of ABA programs.
• Licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at hire time.
• Dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to clients and families.
• BLS/CPR certification including pediatric BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of therapists and clients to ensure safe, positive environments.
• Develop and supervise client treatment plans and BA-based programs.
• Provide family training and 1:1 instruction as needed per BACB standards.
• Mentor and train new BCBAs and supervise staff in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and Program Coordinator for daily operations.
• Ensure staff behavior remains professional and compliant with policies.
