Job summary

Alongside ABA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical oversight, supervise RBTs, and drive high-quality ABA programs across home, school, and clinic settings. The role emphasizes data-driven progress, FBA/BIP development, and compliant documentation.

You will conduct FBAs, provide ongoing supervision per BACB standards, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote client growth and generalization of skills.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) required
• Experience supervising RBTs across settings
• Strong data-driven care and progress monitoring

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and feedback to RBTs
• Model intervention strategies across home, school, clinic
• Analyze client data and adjust programming for progress
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliant documentation (HIPAA, payer guidelines)
• Participate in staff training and quality improvement initiatives
