Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure.
• 1 year BCBA supervision experience.
• Commitment to high-quality, outcomes-based care.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical oversight for technicians and clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and oversee implementation.
• Train, supervise, and support a team of RBTs.
• Collaborate with QA team to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Lead weekly therapy room meetings and maintain communications.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and CASP guidelines.
