Job summary

Alongside ABA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical oversight across home, school, and clinic settings. You will supervise RBTs, ensure program quality, and implement evidence-based interventions to drive client progress.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, ongoing supervision per BACB standards, and meticulous documentation in line with HIPAA and payer guidelines. The role offers hybrid work, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified BCBA with national scope and supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising RBTs and oversight of ABA services.
• Strong data collection, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Familiarity with BACB standards and ethics compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Provide supervision and feedback to Behavior Technicians per BACB standards.
• Model intervention strategies across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans for progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical team to generalize skills.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and payer guidelines.
• Participate in staff training and quality improvement initiatives.
