Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• MD licensure or active pursuit of licensure.
• At least 1 year of BCBA experience supervising ABA-based treatment by RBTs.
• Experience with early intervention and Verbal Behavior.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to understand clients.
• Develop treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs for client care.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and QA teams.
• Coordinate with caregivers to empower progress.
• Lead weekly therapy room meetings and ensure team cohesion.
