Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee ABA programs and supervise therapists across multiple settings. This leadership role includes assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and guiding staff in clinical practices per BACB guidelines.

The candidate should hold a BCBA with supervision experience, a Master's in ABA or related field, and be licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with supervision experience.
• Maryland licensure or active pursuit of licensure at hire time.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for a team of therapists and clients.
• Develop and supervise ABA treatment plans and client programs.
• Train and mentor BCBAs and supervise RBTs per BACB standards.
• Ensure safety and ethical compliance across clinical operations.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Program Coordinator on day-to-day center operations.
