Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and Maryland license required.
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for technicians and clients, including assessing progress and developing plans.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the therapy rooms.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and QA teams to improve client outcomes.
• Coordinate with caregivers to empower them as partners in progress.
• Lead weekly therapy room meetings and ensure compliance with BACB standards.
