Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking an experienced clinical supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays and ASD. Under supervision, you’ll guide direct reports, ensure high-quality treatment, and mentor program staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating assessments, staff trainings, and liaison work with families, regional centers, and healthcare partners. Travel up to 50% local is required, with compliance and confidentiality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and CPR certification required.
• 2-3 years of ASD-related clinical supervisory experience.
• Expert knowledge of ABA methodologies and related research.
• Ability to lead, train, and supervise a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA programs, conducts assessments, and trains staff.
• Oversees assessments, QA reviews, and productivity against budget.
• Leads staff meetings and develops training materials.
• Manages performance, onboarding, and career development.
• Collaborates with regional centers, families, and providers; travels locally.
• Ensures confidentiality and adherence to policies.
