This salaried, exempt role requires a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with ASD experience, and involves developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and coordinating with families and payers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Supervise and coach behavioral technicians in care delivery.
• Monitor treatment adherence and adjust plans monthly.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and other professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant documentation.
