Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (CARD) is actively seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment, develop plans, train caregivers, and coach technicians.

This salaried, exempt role involves working across multiple settings including the CARD center, patient homes, schools, and telehealth with a focus on medical necessity and quality outcomes. Must hold a BCBA and a Master's in psychology/ABA, with ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and communicate with caregivers.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data
• Fulfill required billable hours per month.
