Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across multiple settings. The role involves developing treatment plans, training caregivers and technicians, and ensuring adherence to protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates hold a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in psychology or ABA, with ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field required.
• BCBA certification required by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians.
• Ensure 100% supervision hour adherence each month.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers and other professionals.
• Maintain documentation and HIPAA compliance.
