Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers across multiple settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. This salaried, exempt, full-time position offers a dynamic, mission-driven environment committed to evidence-based ABA treatment.

Eligible applicants have a BCBA certification, a master’s degree in psychology or ABA, and experience with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA is required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure 100% adherence to supervision hours monthly.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and other professionals.
• Provide coaching and training to behavior technicians.
