Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across various settings, including CARD centers, homes, and telehealth. The role is salaried, exempt, and full-time, reporting to the Group Clinical Manager.

You will design treatment plans, mentor caregivers, and ensure high-quality ABA services for individuals with ASD. The position requires a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BACB certification, and experience with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BACB) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% adherence.
• Analyze patient data to identify progress and adjust plans.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and professionals.
• Provide ongoing coaching to behavior technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant documentation.
