Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment and supervise behavior technicians. The role involves developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and coordinating with caregivers, schools, and payers.

Hybrid/onsite/remote opportunities are available, with relocation support possible. Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, plus ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or ABA or related field is required.
• Certification as a BCBA is required.
• Experience with ASD is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Provide supervision and coaching to behavior technicians.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and payers.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data analysis.
• Ensure 100% adherence to supervision hours monthly.
• Stay current with best practices in ABA treatment.
