Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism across multiple settings, including center, home, school, or telehealth.

This full-time role reports to the Group Clinical Manager and requires master’s degree and BCBA certification. You will develop and monitor treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and ensure HIPAA compliance while coordinating with families and payers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach behavioral technicians and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
