Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Bowie, MD and surrounding areas. This hybrid role combines in-home supervision with 75% remote flexibility, supported by a strong admin team so you can focus on quality care.

You will supervise clinical programming for a small caseload, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs, and collaborate with families while maintaining Maryland compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland LBA license.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements.
