Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee clinical programming with a small caseload. The role combines in-home supervision with remote work, supported by a dedicated admin team to ensure quality care.

Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA are required; you will supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, develop treatment plans, and ensure compliance with state and insurer requirements while growing into leadership within a supportive, team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming for a small caseload.
