Big Dreamers ABA in Bowie, MD, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical programming with a small caseload. The role combines in-home supervision with remote work and support from a full admin team.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA, plus experience supervising RBTs/BCaBAs. Excellent clinical and communication skills are required in this collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification.
• Must hold active Maryland Licensure as BCBA or equivalent (LBA).
• Experience supervising RBTs/BCaBAs in ABA therapy.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid in-home + remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and insurance requirements.
