Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BCaBAs is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Ensure progress notes and plans are documented in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and insurer requirements.
