Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Bowie, MD is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee clinical programming for a small caseload, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs while ensuring quality care in a hybrid in-home and remote setting.

The role offers 25% in-person attendance, strong admin support, and opportunities to grow into leadership within the company.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland LBA license required.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements.
